The agents that were invaluable to my getting my house, Brian and Marni Linder, have just listed something pretty amazing. R.M. Schindler's 1939-1040 house for Albert Van Dekker. In Woodland Hills this is one of Shindler's largest residential projects.
First the good news. It is quite original and at under a million, not super expensive.
Now the bad news. It needs a lot of work.

Drove by it today once I saw it was listed. Wow. It needs a lot of work. Somebody really does need to save it. The potential is amazing.
