Alberto Giacometti at the Musee Picasso

Possibly the best thing about the Musee Picasso in Paris - The Diego Giacometti furniture and light fixtures.

I was never much interested in Picasso until the first time I visited this Museum. Located in a beautifully converted villa in le Marais. The museum houses a vast collection of Picasso's work that was given by the family in lieu of estate taxes after his death.

However beautiful his paintings or sculptures, individually they are don't fascinate in the same way as seeing the sheer volume of work and its integrity as a lifetime of output.
