I met Shoji Morinaga at the For Stockists show in Tokyo. A wood-worker and wood-turner he used to make furniture for Landscape Products at their small factory in Kagoshima.
Now he has his own beautiful little store selling his work and a range of other things including jewelery from Source (designs from Shinji Sugiyama, Margeret Solow, Lena Skadegard and others).
A range of his turned wood bowls will be available at OK over the holidays (I have so few so they will be in-store only, not on the web, but feel free to contact us).
