The Guest House is already finished and is extraordinarily beautiful. It started life as a 1911 bungalow. Schindler added the living room, garages, deck, terrace and pergola. It is a one bedroom, one bath, nice size living room with fireplace. Terrace is large and attached to both the bedroom and living for real indoor/outdoor living.
