There is a show of Richard Neutra Drawings at the Los Angeles Central Library.
The caption for the drawing of the "Jardinette Apartments" read that this was the only one
of five buildings designed in 1927 for this developer to be built.
Of course I had to run straight there to see it in person. Still there. Still occupied. Pretty sketchy neighborhood but a beautiful building is there there doing what it was designed to do.
