An exhibition not to be missed. Well worth the trip from Manhatten out to Queens.
The Noguchi Garden Museum. His original studio, now a museum. The exhibition on now features the furniture corroborations of Noguchi and Kenmochi. They met at Kenzo Tango's office in 1950 and together produced a range of furniture in a variety of materials.
The original rattan and steel chair no longer exists but has been reproduced for the collection. An edition is forthcoming.
