Some if my favorite modern houses in Southern California are the earlier, more European, more Bauhaus style homes.
The best of these are the early Neutra and Soriano house. From 1938, this house is a perfect example. Just purchased by Garreth and Christine Kantner (owner of Cafe Stella and founders of the whole Sunset Junction Renaissance).
Luckily the house was in pretty good shape. Can't wait to spend more time there.
