Near Ueno park. A tofu restaurant called Sasanoyuki (snow on bamboo). Around for hundreds of years apparently.
House made tofu, sesame tofu, tofu in sauce with dollop of hot mustard, tofu ice cream etc etc.
Shown hear are about half the courses.
